Anti-CCR8 (Chemokine Receptor 8, CC-CCR-8)

Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR 1, CCR 2A, CCR 3, CCR 4, CCR 5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation. The CCR8 receptor in particular mediates CC chemokine I 309 induced monocyte chemoattraction, HIV 1 envelope fusion and virus infection. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 1:500, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:400 , Western Blot: 1:1000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control:   Mouse spleen cells. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
