Anti-CA50, Cancer Antigen (Colorectal Carcinoma Cell Line, COLO-205)

The CRC hybridoma cell line recognizes human colorectal carcinoma antigen (CRC). It was transfected by mpSV2gpt. The JXT3 hybridoma cell line recognizes CD3 molecule on human T cells. it was transfected by mpSV2neo. The production of quadroma CRCgpt/CD3neo included a conventinal somatic fusion between CRC and JXT3 cells. These hybridomas were selected and cloned in the media containing both mycophenolic acid and geneticin. Quadromas showing both murine IgG1 and IgG2a were selected and subcloned for the purification of hybrid bispecific antibody CRC/CD3. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.2ng/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
