Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:20-50 dilution and HRP-anti-rat-IgG. , Immunohistochemistry: 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections can be followed by , incubation with biotin-labeled rabbit anti-rat IgG (1:100, DAKO) and HRP-labeled streptavidin , (1: 500, DAKO)., Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
