Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections, followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG (1:25) and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex (1:50). Can be used on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues and tumors after pretreatment with 10mM citric acid, pH 6.0 for 20 min., Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
