Anti-BLAME (SLAM Family Member 8, BCM-like Membrane Protein, SLAMF8, B-lymphocyte Activator Macropha

BLAME, also known as Signaling Lymphocyte Activation Molecule Family member 8 (SLAMF8), is an Ig superfamily protein that is part of the CD2 family of receptors. It is expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. BLAME modulates signaling through the B-cell receptor and may also function during B-lineage commitment. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA:0.5-2ug/ml , Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human B Lymphocyte Activator Macrophage-Expressed. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
