Anti-Beclin-1 (Coiled-coil Myosin-like BCL2-interacting Protein, Protein GT197, BECN1, GT197)

Beclin-1 participates in the regulation of autophagy and has an important role in development, tumorigenesis, and neurodegeneration (Zhong et al., 2009 [PubMed 19270693]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, ELISA. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000, Western Blot: 1:100~400, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50~100, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
