Anti-BCL3, ID (BCL3, BCL4, D19S37, B-cell lymphoma 3 protein, Proto-oncogene BCL3)

BCL3 is a proto-oncogene candidate. It is identified by its translocation into the immunoglobulin alpha-locus in some cases of B-cell leukemia. The protein contains seven ankyrin repeats, which are most closely related to those found in I kappa B proteins. This protein functions as a transcriptional co-activator that activates through its association with NF-kappa B homodimers. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. , Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
