Anti-ATP12A, ID (Potassium-transporting ATPase alpha Chain 2, Proton Pump, Non-gastric H(+)/K(+) ATP

ATP12A belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This protein is a catalytic subunit of the ouabain-sensitive H+/K+ -ATPase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10:1:50, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:100, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
