ADP-ribosylation is a reversible posttranslational modification used to regulate protein function. ADP-ribosyltransferases, such as ART3, transfer ADP-ribose from NAD+ to the target protein, and ADP-ribosylhydrolases (see PARG, MIM 603501) reverse the reaction (Glowacki et al., 2002 [PubMed 12070318]). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
