Applications:, Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:200, Immunohistochemistry (PAP or ABC): 1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: Lys-Cys-Asn-Thr-Ala-Thr-Cys-Ala-Thr-Gln-Arg-Leu-Ala-Asn-Phe-Leu-Val-Arg-Ser-Ser-Asn-Asn-Leu-Gly-Pro-Val-Leu-Pro-Pro-Thr-Asn-Val-Gly-Ser-Asn-Thr-Tyr-NH2, Disulfide Bridge: Cys2-Cys7, Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
