Active towards fatty acyl-CoA with chain-lengths of C12-C16.,similarity:Belongs to the C/M/P thioester hydrolase family.,subunit:Monomer., Protein function: Catalyzes the hydrolysis of acyl-CoAs into free fatty acids and coenzyme A (CoASH), regulating their respective intracellular levels. More active towards saturated and unsaturated long chain fatty acyl-CoAs (C12-C20). [The UniProt Consortium] Recommended dilutions: Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/100 - 1/300.
