Strep-Tactin(R) Superflow(R) high capacity FPLC column

Strep-Tactin(R) Superflow(R) high capacity cartridges contain a 6% agarose coupled with the streptavidin variant Strep-Tactin(R) and are applicable for purification of Strep-tag(R)II or Twin-Strep-tag(R) fusion proteins with HPLC/FPLC devices such as Äkta(R) systems (Cytiva). In comparison to Strep-Tactin(R) Superflow(R), Strep-Tactin(R) Superflow(R) high capacity has a higher density of immobilized Strep-Tactin(R), which leads to a 3- to 5-fold higher yield of purified protein.
