Recombinant Human Fms-like Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Thr27-Pro184 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Fms-Related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand (FLT3LG) is a hematopoietic four helical bundle cytokine. It is structurally homologous to stem cell factor (SCF) and colony stimulating facor 1 (CSF-1). In synergy with other growth factors, Flt3 ligand stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of various blood cell progenitors by activiation of Flt 3 receptor. Protein function: Stimulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells by activating FLT3. Synergizes well with a number of other colony stimulating factors and interleukins.
