A substrate for measuring xylanase activity. Xylanases are enzymes which hydrolyze xylan to xylooligosaccharides and have many applications in the food and feed industries. Source, Synthetic , Melting Point: 116-118°C, Solubility: Methanol, Water , Storage and Stability:, May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
