Human Nectin Cell Adhesion Molecule 4 (Nectin4), also known as Poliovirus Receptor-Related 4 (PVL4) and Ig superfamily receptor LNIR, GenBank Accession No. NM_030916, a.a. 32-349 with a C-terminal His-Avi-Tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-tag(TM) technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be >90%. MW=37 kDa. This protein runs at a higher M.W. by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
