Human FcRn, also known as Neonatal Fc receptor, is a heterodimer of FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter) and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), GenBank Accession numbers NM_001136019 and NM_004048, a.a. 24- 297 and a.a. 1-119 respectively. FCGRT has a C-terminal Histag. The complex is expressed in an HEK293 expression system. FcRn MW: 32 kDa, B2M MW: 14 kDa
