CyclinK protein-GST fusion

Recombinant full-length human CyclinK was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >85% by densitometry. Protein function: Regulatory subunit of cyclin-dependent kinases that mediates activation of target kinases.
