Product information "CD96 protein (His tag), recombinant human"
Activity: Testing in progress Protein Construction: A DNA sequence encoding the Human CD96 protein (P40200) (Met1-Met519) was expressed with a C-His. Sequence: Met1-Met519. Fusion tag: C-His Endotoxin: Please contact us for more information. Apparent Molecular Mass: 58 kDa. Protein function: The cluster of differentiation (CD) system is commonly used as cell markers in immunophynotyping. Different kinds of cells in the immune system can be identified through the surface CD molecules which associating with the immune function of the cell. The Protein function: May be involved in adhesive interactions of activated T and NK cells during the late phase of the immune response. Promotes NK cell-target adhesion by interacting with PVR present on target cells. May function at a time after T and NK cells have penetrated the endothelium using integrins and selectins, when they are actively engaging diseased cells and moving within areas of inflammation.
