Human CD44, also known as epican, extracellular matrix receptor III, GP90 lymphocyte homing/adhesion receptor, HUTCH-I, or phagocytic glyco-protein I (PGP-1), GenBank Accession No. NM_000610, a.a. 21-220, fused with Fc region of human IgG, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 48.7 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
