Product information "CaMKPase protein-GST fusion"

Recombinant full-length human CaMKPase was expressed in E. coli cells using an N-Terminal Glutathione-S-Transferase fusion protein. The purity was determined to be >80% by densitometry. Protein function: Dephosphorylates and concomitantly deactivates CaM- kinase II activated upon autophosphorylation, and CaM-kinases IV and I activated upon phosphorylation by CaM-kinase kinase.
