Human Serum Albumin Powder is obtained via Cohn fractionation of human plasma. The lyophilized crystalline powder is soluble in water and is suitable for a wide range of applications in the life sciences, including but not limited to: IVD manufacturing, cell culture supplements. Albumin is a stable small polypeptide with a strong antigenicity. It has a molecular weight of 69000 and an isoelectric point of 5.7. Donors of human plasma units used in the making of this product were tested and found negative for Syphilis according of FDA guidelines.
