Recombinant Human Protein Wnt-3a is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ser19-Lys352 is expressed with a fusion design at the N-terminus. Protein function: Ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors (Probable). Required for normal embryonic mesoderm development and formation of caudal somites. Required for normal morphogenesis of the developing neural tube.
