Kit contains 2x10?g TRAIL, Soluble (human) (rec.) (Prod. No. AG-40B-0003) and 3x50?g TNF Ligands Enhancer (Prod. No. AG-35B-0001). Produced in E. coli. A FLAG(R)-tag is fused at the N-terminus of the extracellular domain of human TRAIL (amino acids 95-281). TRAIL: reconstitute with 100µl sterile water. Enhancer: reconstitute with 50 µl sterile water. PBS containing at least 0.1% BSA should be used for further dilutions.
