Masterplate for SYBR green based Real Time PCR. Contains 374 primer sets directed against human calcium regulation related genes and 10 housekeeping gene primer sets. Provided in a 96-well microplate (10 µl - 10 µM). Perform up to 100 PCR arrays (based on 10 µl assay volume per reaction). Just add cDNA template and SYBR green master mix. The MEGImmune 384-well primer library contains 374 primer sets that amplify immune cell-related genes as well as chemokine, cytokines, and their receptors along with 10 housekeeping genes. This enables one to establish a comprehensive immune signature from a tissue or from experiments in which an immune process altered.
