ANPRA/Aequorin Expression vector

The ANPRA/Aequorin expression vector is designed to co-express human atrial natriuretic peptide receptor A (ANPRA, also called natriuretic peptide receptor A/guanylate cyclase A) and jellyfish (Aequorea victoria) Aequorin in mammalian cells. Application: Suitable for use with the PDE1B Cell-based Reporter Assay Kit, Cat. #BPS- 60601.Storage buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8), 1 mM EDTAStorage condition: Store plasmid at -20C in aliquots.
