XFD532 amine

XFD532 amine is the same molecule to the Alexa Fluor(R) 532 amine (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of ThermoFisher). It is a bright yellow-fluorescent dye optimal for use with the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. XFD532 dye is water soluble and pH-insensitive from pH 4 to pH 10. The amine of XFD532 is a versatile carbonyl-reactive form for conjugating this fluorophore to peptides and other biological molecules. Correction Factor (260 nm): 0.24.
