BD 1063 (hydrochloride)

BD 1063 is an antagonist of sigma-1 (sigma1) receptors (Ki = 9 nM). It is selective for sigma1 receptors over sigma2 (Ki = 449 nM) and serotonin 5-HT2 receptors (Ki = 2,552 nM), as well as opioid, dopamine D2, PCP, serotonin 5-HT1, alpha1-, alpha2-, and beta-adrenergic receptors where it has Ki values of greater than 10 µM.
