Autophinib

Autophinib is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of the PI3K VPS34 (IC50 = 19 nM). It inhibits autophagy induced by the mTOR inhibitor rapamycin (Cay-13346) or by amino acid starvation (IC50s = 40 and 90 nM, respectively) in MCF-7 cells.
