Oligomycin B

Oligomycins are macrolides created by Streptomyces species that can be toxic to other organisms. Different oligomycin isomers are highly specific for the disruption of mitochondrial metabolism. Oligomycin B is a nonselective inhibitor of the mitochondrial F1FO ATP synthase.
