WM165-1 Non-Viable Cell Pellet

Cells were grown sub-confluent to approximately (2x10^6) cells in Tumor specialized media and then trypsinized. Cells were harvested and cell pellets were flash frozen and stored at -80°C. Non-viable cell pellet was generated from cell line WM165. WM165 is a metastatic human melanoma cell line that displays fibroblastic morphology. This cell line expresses mutant BRAF (V600D), PTEN loss of function including hemizygous deletion, and wild type N-RAS, c-KIT, and CDK4. WM165 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
