Human ZDHHC9 (Palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC9) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human ZDHHC9 (Palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC9) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human ZDHHC9 (Palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC9) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human ZDHHC9 (Palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC9) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human ZDHHC9 (Palmitoyltransferase ZDHHC9) peptide. Protein function: Palmitoyltransferase that could catalyze the addition of palmitate onto various protein substrates (Probable). The ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 complex is a palmitoyltransferase specific for HRAS and NRAS (PubMed:16000296). May have a palmitoyltransferase activity toward the beta-2 adrenergic receptor/ADRB2 and therefore regulate G protein- coupled receptor signaling (PubMed:27481942). [The UniProt Consortium]
