Human TMPRSS15 (Enteropeptidase) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human TMPRSS15 (Enteropeptidase) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human TMPRSS15 (Enteropeptidase) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human TMPRSS15 (Enteropeptidase) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human TMPRSS15 (Enteropeptidase) peptide. Protein function: Responsible for initiating activation of pancreatic proteolytic proenzymes (trypsin, chymotrypsin and carboxypeptidase A). It catalyzes the conversion of trypsinogen to trypsin which in turn activates other proenzymes including chymotrypsinogen, procarboxypeptidases, and proelastases. [The UniProt Consortium]
