Human OTUD5 (OTU domain containing 5) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a pre-coated immunoassay with a high sensitivity and broad range and has been designed to measure Human OTUD5 (OTU domain containing 5) in serum, plasma & cell culture supernatant samples. The Human OTUD5 (OTU domain containing 5) ELISA Kit accurately measures natural Human OTUD5 (OTU domain containing 5) levels quantified versus standard curves obtained and is based on antibodies raised against a recombinant Human OTUD5 (OTU domain containing 5) peptide. Protein function: Deubiquitinating enzyme that functions as negative regulator of the innate immune system. Acts via TRAF3 deubiquitination and subsequent suppression of type I interferon (IFN) production. Has peptidase activity towards 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. Can also cleave 'Lys-11'-linked ubiquitin chains (in vitro). [The UniProt Consortium]
