The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of ON in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.31--20ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.19ng/mL. Protein function: Appears to regulate cell growth through interactions with the extracellular matrix and cytokines. Binds calcium and copper, several types of collagen, albumin, thrombospondin, PDGF and cell membranes.
