The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of FABP5 in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.31--20ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.19ng/mL. Protein function: High specificity for fatty acids. Highest affinity for C18 chain length. Decreasing the chain length or introducing double bonds reduces the affinity.
