Sandwich ELISA quantitative detection kit for Human CXCL10/IP-10 in cell culture supernates,... more
Product information "CXCL10/IP-10 BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit, Human"
Sandwich ELISA quantitative detection kit for Human CXCL10/IP-10 in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma (heparin, EDTA), saliva and urine. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10 (CXCL10) or IP-10 is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that is also known as 10kD interferon-gamma-induced protein (gamma-IP10 or IP-10). CXCL10 is secreted by several cell types in response to IFN-gamma. These cell types include monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts. CXCL10 has been attributed to several roles, such as chemoattraction for monocytes/macrophages, T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells, promotion of T cell adhesion to endothelial cells, antitumor activity, and inhibition of bone marrow colony formation and angiogenesis. It is a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis in vivo. The gene for CXCL10 is located on human chromosome 4 in a cluster among several other CXC chemokines. It is a RAS target gene and is overexpressed in the majority of colorectal cancers. This chemokine elicits its effects by binding to the cell surface chemokine receptor CXCR3. , Assay Range:, 31.2pg/ml-2000pg/ml, Sensitivity: < 1 pg/ml, Crossreactivity: There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Uniprot ID: P02778, Entrez Gene ID: 3627, Kit Components: 96-well plate pre-coated with anti-CXCL10/IP-10, Human, Lyophilized recombinant CXCL10/IP-10, Human standard, 10ng/tube, 2Ea, USB Cat No Kit Component, 143696 Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC), 130ul (1:100 dilution), 143697 Sample diluent buffer, 30ml, 143698 Antibody diluent buffer, 12ml, 143699 ABC diluent buffer, 12ml, 143700 TMB color developing agent, 10ml, 143701 TMB stop solution, 10ml, Storage and Handling: Store at 4°C for 6 months, at -20°C for 12 months.
