CD4 BioAssay(TM) ELISA Kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent sandwich assay for detection of human CD4. Kit Components: C2255-35A: Microtiter Plate, 1x96 wells, C2255-35B: Wash Buffer (10X), 1x50ml, C2255-35C: Blocking/Diluent Buffer, 1x50ml, C2255-35D: CD4 Standard, 1x500ul, C2255-35E: CD4 Ab (HRP), 1x1 vial, C2255-35F: TMB Substrate, 1x1 bottle, C2255-35G: Stop Solution, 1x15ml, Storage and Stability: Store C2255-35A and C2255-35D at -70°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for 3 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vials after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
