Recommended Dilution: FLISA: 1:10,000 - 1:50,000, IF Microscopy: 1:1,000 - 1: 5,000, Flow Cytometry: 1: 500 - 1:2,500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm , Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.5 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG , Storage and Stability:, Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
