Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200 (~1ug PE conjugate will stain 1x10e6 cells)., IF Microscopy: 1:100-1:200, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: R-Phycoerythrin (PE), 0.5mg/ml (determined by Abs: 82.0 at 565nm for a 1% solution for only those molecules to which at least one molecule of active antibody is bound). MW of Label: 240kD, Absorption Wavelength: 490, 545, 565nm, Emission Wavelength: 580nm, OD566nm/OD280nm: 2.6, Note: Concentration value is Phycobiliprotein concentration. It is determined by absorbance = 82.0 at 565nm for a 1% solution for only those R-PE molecules to which one molecule of active antibody is bound. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light and cold.
