Label: Cy3.29 (Cyanine 3.29-OSu) (Molecular Weight 949 daltons) Absorption Wavelength: 552 nm, Emission Wavelength: 565 nm, Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 7.0 moles Cy3 per mole of Donkey IgG, Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
