Applications: , Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy and FLISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Fluorchrome/Protein Ratio: 2.9 moles Cy2 per mole donkey IgG. Absorption Wavelength: 489nm , Emission Wavelength: 505nm, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Stable for at least 24 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
