CF(R)350 F(ab')2 fragment of Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), 2 mg/mL

This product is prepared by labeling high quality F(ab')2 fragment of goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF(R)350 dye. CF(R) dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF(R)350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF(R)350, CF(R)405S, and CF(R)405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
