The ReadiUse(TM) Annexin Binding Buffer *Optimized for Imaging and Flow Cytometry* is provided as a 10X concentrate. Prior to annexin V staining, we recommend diluting the 10X concentrate to a 1X working solution using distilled water. After experimentation, discard any remaining 1X working solution.
