Gamborg's B5 medium (Gamborg, et al., 1968) was developed for soybean callus culture. G1045 is a Basal salt mixture containing micro and macro elements. It contains a much greater proportion of nitrate compared to ammonium ions. Appearance: Off-white, homogenous, free flowing powder , Solubility (23.2g/L): Colorless, clear, complete, , pH: 5.2 ± 0.4
