RNAscope Validated Human Tissues
Poor RNA quality in archival FFPE tissues – often older than five years and stored at room temperature – can lead to degraded RNA, reduced sensitivity, misleading results, and wasted time and resources in tissue genomics studies. To address this, Acepix ensures data confidence by qualifying human tissues with RNAscope, which provides single-molecule sensitivity and a reliable assessment of RNA integrity that strongly predicts study success. Their procurement approach prioritizes tissues collected within the last three years, selects only samples with high RNAscope scores, and uses low-temperature storage to maintain long-term RNA stability. Acepix Cell Line List
This cell line list provides you an overview of all FFPE cell pellets available at Acepix Biosciences. You can choose from 25 different cancer categories and more than 300 cell lines within these categories. All cell pellets are available in three different formats: block, slide and scroll. The cell pellets show high intra- and inter-block consistencies with regard to cell count and density. Custom fixation options including different densities (1-90%) and various cell pellet sizes (2,3,5,7 & 10 mm diameter) are also available upon request. Released February 2025.
