This enzyme is a second-generation reverse transcriptase engineered for outstanding performance. The high-temperature performance optimized for rapid and efficient cDNA synthesis at elevated temperatures allows for efficient cDNA synthesis across a broad range (40 °C to 70 °C), with great performance at 70 °C.
