Product information "CD226, Recombinant, Human, aa19-247, Fc-Tag, Avi-Tag (Biotin)"
Source:, Recombinant protein corresponding to aa19-247 from human CD226, fused to Fc region of human IgG1, this protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTagTM technology and expressed in a HEK293 cell, C-terminal Avi-Tag expressed in HEK293 cells. Molecular Weight: ~54.7kD, Applications: Suitable for the use in study of protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies. Other applications not tested. Assay Conditions: CD226, Biotin binding to CD155, His-Tag was confirmed according to the protocol. Briefly, 6ng of CD226-biotin was mixed with varying amounts of CD155, His-Tag in CD226 assay buffer at a final volume of 10ul and allowed to incubate for 1 hr at room temp. Nickle acceptor beads were added for 30min, followed by Strep-conjugated acceptor beads for 30min and reading alpha-counts. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
