Product information "BRD3 (BD2), Recombinant, Human, aa306-417, GST-tag (Bromodomain Containing 3, RING3L)"
This gene was identified based on its homology to the gene encoding the RING3 protein, a serine/threonine kinase. The gene localizes to 9q34, a region which contains several major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes. The function of the encoded protein is not known. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa306-417 from human Bromodomain containing 3, fused to GST-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~40kD, Applications: Suitable for use in the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
