Fluorogenic Cathepsin Substrate 1

The fluorogenic Cathepsin V substrate is a Z-Leu-Arg-AMC dipeptide. It can be used for the activity assays of Cathepsin V. Applications: Study for enzyme activity, and screening of small molecule inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS Applications. Supplied as: 0.5 mM solution in DMSO. Storage: -20°C or -70°C. Protect from exposure to direct light. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
