Pool of 22 overlapping peptides derived from a peptide scan (15mers with 11 aa overlap) through the entire Protein 9b (UniProt: P0DTD2) of SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome-related coronavirus 2) for T cell assays (e.g. ELISPOT) One unit allows the stimulation of 2,5 x 10^8 cells. Protein function: Plays a role in the inhibition of host innate immune response by targeting the mitochondrial-associated adapter MAVS. Mechanistically, usurps the E3 ligase ITCH to trigger the degradation of MAVS, TRAF3, and TRAF6.
